Job Description

• To assist site supervisor to supervise and monitor sub-contractor’s work  plans in relation to mechanical and electrical works for fire protection services
• To coordinate  and cooperate with colleagues and/or other service providers on site, for example, the site safety supervisor
• To ensure project schedules, quality standards and technical specifications are met
• To manage a team of site personnel independently
• To be responsible for the general running and performance of the mechanical and electrical works for fire protection works of the project
• To be able to have a good working relationship with building owners, architects, consultants and engineers
• To assist in the preparation of project claims and work progress reports

Job Requirement

Education Background

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• If no relevant degree, prior working experience contracting company related to plumbing will be an added advantage

Work Experience

• Prior working experience as project engineer/project executive
• Prior working experience in fire engineering will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Provide a full range of secretarial duties and overall administration support
• Screening of phone calls
• Monitoring staff movement within the Project department
• Managing the daily agenda of the project department from time to time
• Prepare and handle correspondences, emails and relevant documentation
• Attend meetings and taking minutes for such meetings
• Organize travel arrangements for business trips
• Control and maintain an efficient filing system for smooth data retrieval
• Keep full record of project related documents

Job Requirement

• Must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Administration Management/Secretarial Studies or related fields
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to learn, responsible and able to work independently

Work Experience

• At least two (2) years of working experience in the similar field i.e., M&E construction company

• To expand the company’s current client base and to develop a new market mainly for the sale of fire safety services and fire protection equipment or such other products that may vary from time to time distributed by the company
• You will be required to liaise with the government sector such as the Fire Department of Malaysia (Bomba), relevant Ministries of the Malaysian Government and any other government related agencies
• You will also be required to liaise with business associates within the private sector such as consultants and architects
• To manage  and head the sales & marketing department

• You are required to have a valid GDL license
